ASHRAE 52.2

ASHRAE Test Dust is formulated to specifications shown per ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 52.1 and 52.2. ASHRAE Test Dust is designed for testing filters and components of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems. ASHRAE Test Dust #1 has also been used in testing of electronic equipment as well as other industrial and household components. ASHRAE Test Dust is a custom blend of 72% ISO 12103-1, A2 Fine Test Dust, 23% powdered carbon and 5% milled cotton linters.
